What happens when I submit a job application?
After you submit your application on Seek, you will receive notification of receipt. We will then review your skills, knowledge and experience and inform you of your progress.
When we are recruiting, we follow a standard process of matching your skills, behaviours and approach to work with our job needs, values and style.
As the recruitment process progresses, we will use interviews and other methods to assess the match between you and what we are looking for in a person to fill that role.
Once we are confident in the match you will be offered a contract and, if you accept, welcomed to the team.
How long does the recruitment process take?
This varies depending on the role and the number of applications. We try to review applications as quickly as we can. Please be patient, and feel free to reach out to our Recruiter (via our website contact details) if you have any questions on the process or your progress.
What support and feedback are offered during the recruitment process?
If you progress to an interview or assessment stage, you will have our Recruiter working closely with you. They will provide you with feedback and updates on your application.
How long are positions advertised for?
Generally, for 4 weeks, however, we sometimes commence short-listing early, and positions may be withdrawn after 2 weeks. We reserve the right with all positions advertised to close applications at any time.
Can I apply for more than one job?
Absolutely. If you feel that you are a suitable applicant for any advertised position, please apply as directed in the advertisement.
